Votives/Vases

My newest collection of colorful votives are substantial in size (5″ tall and 7″ wide) and can also be used as vases.  Each unique piece requires two kiln firings taking up to 24 hours each: the first firing fuses the glasses together and the second drapes to form the shape. They are crafted from Bullseye Glass, hand rolled in the U.S., including premium dichroic and iridescent coated glasses, and are “signed” on the bottom with a fused in logo.

Some are designed by my husband with glass we have on hand at the time then kiln formed by me in a fun collaboration!

BIO

Alice is the artist/owner of Artwork Cubed Glass Studio in Hermitage, TN where she hand crafts original and small batch kiln formed glass art for home, body, and gifts.

Her work has shown in solo and group shows at venues including Centennial Art Center, Customs House Museum and Cultural Center, Nashville International Airport, and Oz Arts Nashvilleand has received recognition by Tennessee Crossroads, Nashville Arts Magazine and as a featured artist with Artsy Shark.   Arts at the Airport holds one of her pieces in their permanent collection.
