Berg Eltz:  This story book castle with its spires, towers, graceful lines and mysterious forest setting was built by the Eltz family between the twelfth and sixteenth centuries.  It is located on the Elzbach River in Germany, near where the Mosel River flows into the Rhine River.  Berg Eltz is still inhabited by descendents of the Eltz family, although a portion of the castle is open to the public who may view the building and grounds on escorted tours
