LE stands for Limited Edition Print

This special Phil Ponder "dream" print melds the Nashville skyline of 2005 with the Nashville skyline of the future. Its focus is the proposed Signature Tower, scheduled for completion in 2009. This residential tower will be located at Fifth and Church and will be the tallest building in Tennessee.

Also prominently featured are two other residential projects of Giarrantana Development...Cumberland apartment depicted to the right of the State Capitol and Viridian situated to the left of the L&C tower. Illustrated for the first time in a Ponder skyline are the Hilton Hotel and New Symphony Hall (due for completion in 2006).
